Name Changes
Passenger Name change not permitted.
Travel Date Changes & Re-issuing Tickets:
Before Departure: If you need to change your travel dates , flights or destination after your tickets have been issued, please contact us at 1-877-929-6661 for assistance.
In most cases, airlines permit changes for a fee that can range from C$150 or more per passenger, plus any applicable fare difference. Administrative fee of $100 per ticket applies. Most airlines do not permit changes to the traveler name (s) on a ticket.
After departure: Some change fees may apply. On heavily discounted or restricted fares, changes may not be permitted on the return. If you are already at your destination, it is recommended that you contact the local office of the airline to make the changes. You may also contact us by phone or e-mail for assistance, however a service fee of $100 per ticket applies plus applicable airline fees and fare difference.
Cancellation & Refunds
In the event you need to cancel your flights prior to departure, please contact us immediately.
Most restricted and heavily discounted tickets are 100% non-refundable, therefore trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended (Coverage conditions apply).
Some tickets are partially refundable where we will gladly facilitate the process for you. Amounts will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that, there is a administrative fee of $100 per ticket.
Most tickets are nonrefundable after departure, however, there are some exceptions. Unused portion of full-fare tickets may be used towards a future booking, with applicable fare difference and fees, all subject to the carrier’s rules.

Please note that fares are not guaranteed until ticketing, in which time, may be delayed due to insufficient traveler information provided during the booking process.

In the event that the fare has increased and differ from the amount shown on your confirmation receipt, Jet Set Travel will notify you immediately by phone or e-mail. Should you decide to cancel the booking, we will happily cancel your booking and no charges will be applied.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment against unforeseen circumstances that may affect the best-laid travel plans. Provincial Health Insurance Plans provide only limited coverage for medical treatment and hospital costs outside your province. Credit card and company benefit coverage are constantly changing.
